Plated Dinners
All selections include salad and your choice of potato or rice (with exception of pasta entrees), vegetable du jour, coffee or tea. Desserts are offered a la cart and are listed separately. All prices listed below are per person.
Poultry
Sautéed boneless chicken breasts with mushrooms & marsala wine sauce.
Crispy Buffalo chicken tossed with penne pasta and rich cheese sauce served au gratin.
Lightly breaded chicken topped with marinara & melted mozzarella. Served with vermicelli.
Boneless breast of chicken dredged in egg batter, sauteed to a golden brown, and finished with a lemon wine sauce.
Tender white and dark meat off the bone served with stuffing, savory turkey gravy and cranberry sauce.
Fish
Fresh salmon filet grilled and finished with a hollandaise sauce.
Filled with homemade crabmeat stuffing, baked till golden brown and topped with Hollandaise.
Haddock filet broiled with lemon and white wine.
Shrimp, lobster and baby clams with diced tomatoes in garlic wine sauce over vermicelli. Served with garlic bread.
Pasta
Assorted fresh seasonal vegetables sauteed in garlic and presented in creamy parmesan cheese sauce over penne.
Stuffed with ricotta cheese and baked with our homemade marinara sauce.
Sautéed onions, smoked ham, crispy bacon, sweet peas & penne in a creamy alfredo sauce.
Beef
Choice cut prime rib served with au jus.
