Thank you for thinking of Leisure’s when planning your special event. We are here to serve YOU! The Bronson Room, Loft, or Main Dining Room will provide spacious accommodations for your groups of 20-100 people. These menus offer a series of options for your function. We look forward to working with you and doing whatever it takes to make your experience most memorable. Whether it is creating a special menu, assisting with your florist or entertainment selections, or making last minute adjustment to your guest count, you can count on us!
A full array of buffet and sit down breakfasts, luncheons, and dinners are available. As well as a wide selection of hors d’oeuvres, desserts, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to make your dining experience pleasurable. Buffets are available for parties of 25 people or more, with carving service for parties over 35 people. If your preference is a sit down style meal, you may select up to a maximum of three entrees. Confirmation of the number of guests and the counts for each entrée on the sit down menu, or for your buffet meal is required seven days prior to the event. If you choose to have a cash bar service, there will be an hourly fee for the bartender.
No food or beverage may be brought into or taken out of our establishment as per New York State Health Department Approved source. However, specialty cakes may be brought in if they are from a County Health Department Approved source.
A non-refundable deposit of $1.50 per anticipated guest is required to confirm your even booking. Final payment is due on or before the day or your event in the form of cash, credit card, or personal check with a current phone number and address. All prices are subject to Sale Tax and a 17% Service Charge.
There a twenty-four spacious, clean and comfortable hotel rooms available should you require overnight accommodations for your guests. All rooms are equipped with cable, and are independently heated and air-conditioned. Your party planner will be happy to introduce you to the Hotel Staff to help you with your accommodations.
